NAB wanted to increase customer engagement and boost home loans by making the first home experience less daunting.


Step by Step Approach
We started out by gathering all the required information and then breaking them down and simplifying them into 5 key stages with bite-sized articles to make sense to the users. We also empowered the users with useful tools like checklists, calculators and external links.






Visual Communication
We stayed true to the brand guidelines with the use of photography, illustration and icons to tell a meaningful story.
