The app is a productivity tool that allows Relationship Managers to start a conversation with their customers and illustrate the importance of starting a retirement plan.
Break the Ice.
In order to help the customers understand how much they need in the future, we decided to create a few discussion topics around inflation, and the rising cost of living in Singapore.
The app had to be simple to use and allow the Relationship Manager to focus on building meaningful conversations with customers.
An Interactive Approach.
With the retirement amount defined, the tool helps the customer reduce their shortfall gap by taking them through a step-by-step simulation, allowing them to create various scenarios.
Once the entire simulation is complete, the customers will receive an entire summary of the session.
